You have 14 days to change your mind


  1. Within (and no later) 14 days of receiving your order, send an email to to request a return.

  2. In order for your return to be approved, the following criteria must be met:

  5. In order to proceed, the bag must not be used or damaged, otherwise it cannot be refunded

    A tracked return shipment is it is highly recommended, any lost shipment will be the customer's responsibility and won’t be refunded

  • Once we have checked the package, you can request a refund.

  • Shipping costs for sending the return the product are paid by the customer.

  • In case of returns coming from outside of Europe, in the case a commercial invoice is required by the courier, provide a new proforma invoice with a symbolic value of 1€ (or 1$) , to avoid custom duties on return. Conditions for Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
